3. What is the attraction of Thanh Chuong Viet Palace?

The tourism architectural complex of Viet Phu Thanh Chuong has many historical values and meanings. So what makes this place attractive?

Nostalgic, sophisticated and skillful beauty

The point that many people show interest when coming here is the quietness and tranquility of Viet Phu Thanh Chuong. Unlike many other tourist destinations, Viet Phu is not noisy and bustle but quiet, nostalgic from the well, the banyan tree, the communal yard...

Right from the entrance gate, Viet Phu evokes the beauty of the old Tho Ha village gate (in Duong Lam, Ba Vi). The gate has 3 doors (1 main door and 2 side doors). The gate is sculpted with meticulous and sophisticated patterns with skillful lines. Next to it is a many-year-old ancient banyan tree, bearing the familiar image of a Vietnamese village.

The road leading to the palace is also paved by Bat Trang bricks. The deeper you go, the more you feel like you're traveling back to each period of our country in the past, to the thatched cottage, the water jar and the moss on the rocks.

And in another campus, you can also feel the space of the year 1945. This scene reminds us of artistic literary works such as Chi Pheo, Picked Wife, etc. The earthen house with the rudimentary materials is still there. Earthen house is one of those houses that we can only know through documents, books… it has been associated with the Vietnamese countryside for many centuries.

There are not only rustic and austere beauties; Viet Phu Thanh Chuong also invested heavily in the construction of the lavish architecture of the Nguyen dynasty's elite. For a long time in the minds of the rich, they believe that the house is not only to show status and family background but also to show people the artistic eye of the owner.

They display artifacts from ancient times, imbued with the culture of the Northern countryside inside the house. This place also keeps the artworks of artist Thanh Chuong.

Cultural and spiritual beauty

Vietnam has a culture of worship. Each family follows a separate belief, but it is still mainly worshiping Gia Tien Tien To. Therefore, each house here is decorated with a very well-organized worship board. Vietnamese people in every class always remember their origin. They always reserve the best place in the house to set up a worship board.

In addition to the architectural beauty of houses,  Viet Phu Thanh Chuong Viet also does not forget the beauty of religious culture. There are many works here such as the Buddha statue, the temple of the Holy Spirit; Mausoleum; ... connected together within the campus of Viet Phu.

Viet Phu Thanh Chuong is surrounded by thousands of large and small green trees, intertwined, creating a fresh atmosphere all year round. The highlight in the palace is a 5-storey high waterfall with strong white foam. The sound of the water stream is like an intense love song that reminds the nation's heroic past. Right below the waterfall is the magnificent and majestic Buddha worshiping area built on rocky ground. The bowl of incense exudes smoke creating a mysterious and fuzzy spiritual space. This is also the place where Thien Huong stupa - a unique combination of spiritual and artistic architecture was built.
